Financial Clarity Without the Corporate Nonsense
Started in Kaohsiung back in 2019 because we got tired of watching small business owners make budget decisions based on guesswork and spreadsheet chaos.
How This Actually Started
Three finance consultants walked into a coffee shop. Sounds like the setup for a bad joke, right? But that's honestly how it happened in early 2019.
We'd all spent years working at firms where the advice was either too complicated for real people to use or so generic it was basically useless. Business owners would nod politely during presentations, then go back to making financial decisions the same way they always had.
So we decided to try something different. What if we just talked to people like actual humans? What if we focused on the handful of decisions that really move the needle instead of drowning clients in data?
Turns out a lot of businesses in Taiwan were waiting for exactly that approach. We started with seven clients in Kaohsiung. By the end of 2020, we had forty-three. Now we work with businesses across the country.

Our Budget Prioritization Method
Most financial advice tries to cover everything. We focus on three things that actually matter for small to mid-sized businesses.
Cash Flow Reality
We map where money actually moves in your business, not where you think it goes. Usually takes about three weeks of data collection. The results surprise people every single time.
Priority Mapping
You can't fund everything. We help figure out which three to five initiatives will move your business forward this year. Everything else waits.
Quarterly Reviews
Business changes fast. We check in every ninety days to see what's working and what needs adjustment. No annual plans that become obsolete by March.
Who Actually Does This Work
Our team includes twelve financial analysts and three budget strategists. Most of us came from larger consulting firms or corporate finance departments.
What we all have in common is getting frustrated with approaches that looked impressive in PowerPoint but didn't help real businesses make better decisions.
Mei-Lin joined us in 2021 after spending six years doing financial planning for manufacturing companies. She got tired of creating beautiful five-year projections that were outdated within six months. Now she focuses on helping clients build flexible budget systems that adapt as circumstances change.
We're based in Kaohsiung but work with clients throughout Taiwan. Most collaboration happens remotely, though we visit client sites when it makes sense for understanding operations.

What We Care About

Actual Usefulness
If a client can't understand our recommendation and put it into practice within two weeks, we did something wrong. Financial advice should clarify decisions, not complicate them.
Honest Limitations
We're not miracle workers. Sometimes the answer is "your revenue projections aren't realistic" or "this initiative costs more than you can afford right now." Better to hear that early.
Long-Term Relationships
Most of our clients have worked with us for at least two years. Financial planning isn't a one-time project. It's an ongoing process that improves as we understand your business better.
